Wines of Greece will be hitting fog city this October 30th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm to discuss and pour tastings of Greek wine for members-of-trade at the San Francisco Wine School. This limited-seating event, GREECE - ANCIENT WINES TO MODERN BLENDS, will be led by Master Sommelier David Glancy in tandem with Old World Vine's Michael Pavlidis, and featuring the winemaker from Thrace's famous Vourvoukeli Estate.
The seminar will educate on the grapes and regions of Greece alongside tastings of indigenous varietals and how to decode labels, followed by a Walk-around Wine Tasting where the class will compare indigenous varietal wines to international varietals and modern blends.
Registration and a photo of your business card sent to email@example.com is your ticket to this special event of over 20 wine tastes and light bites. From value options to super-premium, all the wines featured are now available for restaurant and retail in the Bay Area.
