Microclimate: Mediterranean with hot and dry summers and the winters quiet cold and wet. Harvest: Second half of September for Merlot and Syrah and first days of October for Xinomavro.
Vinification Method: Classical red vinification with long extraction and controlled fermentation. Aging and maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels. Tasting Characteristics: Forward and powerful style of a lovely combination of Xinomavro and international blends. Spice in the nose but the palate is smooth and elegant with fine tannins.
Food Pairing: Grilled red meat, beef and meaty pasta sauces.
