Variety: 45% Cabernet, 5% Cabernet Franc, 30% Syrah, 20% Merlot
Winemaking: Destemming with no crushing, each grape variety is pressed separately prior to fermentation, classic red winemaking process at controlled temperature followed by aging in small French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting characteristics: Bright ruby red in colour, this wine has a complex bouquet and pronounced aromas of small berries, black raisins, bay leaves, and spices. The palate offers elegant and charming tannins with a long and persistent intensity of juicy blackberries on the finish.
