Vineyard & Vinification: More Estates, soils are limestone and mixed loess, 10 to 30 year old vines, harvested September-October 2013, Bottled December 2014, controlled fermentation, large oak barrels for 1 year.
Notes: This is a sophisticated, velvety, well balanced and big mouth feel Cabernet Franc. A lovely garnet color, the intense black fruit character harmonizes well with the rich, but refined tannins. The wine is aged in the traditional way in large Hungarian Oak barrels. Will age well for the next 5 to 8 years.
