Wine Type: Red Kékfrankos 2013, – A traditional Hungarian blue grape, aka Bläufrankisch, grown throughout Austria and Hungary.

Notes: A wonderful easy drinking red wine before or with a meal. A medium bodied dry red wine, garnet in color, with a distinct magenta rim. Fruit forward on the palate with hints of violets and blueberries, gives way to soft minerality and spiciness. Its layers of fruit, minerals and spice are perfectly balanced.
Vineyard & Vinification: More Estates, soil is limestone and mixed loess, age of vines is 3 and 10 years, harvested September 2012, bottled April 2013, controlled fermentation, large oak barrels for 6 to 10 months.
