Tastes Like: Dry white wine with aromas of ripe fruit such as peach, banana, tropical pineapple, and hints of lemon. The fruit character lingers long with a silky complex structure with medium acidity and a refreshing flavorful finish.
Pairs With: Seafood to include lemon-garlic shrimp, crab, lobster, and grilled or planked fish. Also pairs well with chicken and tabbouleh salads, cold soups, light cheeses like feta.
