Source of Grapes: Grapes were sourced from old vines that may reach 100 years of age planted in the volcanic, stony soils of Megalochori at an altitude up to 400 m.
Vinification: Classic white vinification at controlled temperatures followed by maturation in a combination of new and old French oak for 3 months.
Tasting Notes: Expressive nose with hazelnuts, honey, quince and ripe yellow fruits. Fat and oily on the palate with bright acidity that cuts through its full body. This is a wine with intense personality that speaks of high levels of ripeness, density and concentration.
