We cultivate the Syrah grape variety on the slopes of the Gerania Mountains situated between the Gulf of Corinth and the Saronic Gulf and at an altitude of 400 m. in a sandy and chalky soil. We follow the principles of integrated crop management, which we believe. Eva and Harris vision has led to the creation of this excellent "Blanc de Noir" wine made from the cosmopolitan red grape variety of Syrah and following the principles of traditional white winemaking.
